About me

An osteopath D.O., I graduated from the Institut Supérieur d'Ostéopathie de Lille in 2016. I have been in private practice ever since and I now see patients in my practice in the Brigode area of Villeneuve-d'Ascq.

My practice is based on gentle functional techniques, in particular visceral, cranial and facial work, which I adapt to each person: a baby a few weeks old, a pregnant woman, an athlete and an older person are not treated in the same way.

Each session lasts 45 minutes. That time allows me to listen to you, to understand where your discomfort comes from and to work without rushing, then to give you advice suited to your daily life.

I see patients for the following reasons, at every stage of life.

Fertility

Support for the body during a conception project, alongside medical care.

Infants and children

For babies and children: sleep, digestion, sucking, tension after birth or a fall.

Pregnancy and post-partum

For pregnant women and after birth: back, pelvis, digestion, comfort through the trimesters.

Everyday complaints

For persistent discomfort that examinations do not explain: a whole-body approach, looking for the cause.

Seniors

For older people: stiffness, everyday mobility and walking comfort, with gentle techniques.

Adults and athletes

For active adults and athletes: back, neck, work-related tension, discomfort during training.

How a session works

  1. Conversation

    We take the time to talk about your reason for consulting, your history and your daily life.

  2. Examination and treatment

    I carry out an osteopathic examination, then work manually with gentle functional techniques suited to your situation.

  3. Advice

    I finish with a few simple pieces of advice to apply at home, at work or in your sport.

Fees

  • One flat fee of 65 € for a 45-minute session.
  • Payment by cheque or cash only; cards are not accepted.
  • An invoice is provided on request for your private health insurer.
  • Osteopathy is not covered by the French statutory health insurance; many private insurers, known in France as mutuelles, reimburse all or part of the session on presentation of the invoice.
